    GALENA–Billy Joe Swalley, 70, Galena, passed away Sunday, Feb. 18, 2018 at home surrounded by his loving family.

    Friends may gather from 5-7 pm on Friday, Feb. 23, 2018 at the Furlong Funeral Chapel, Galena. Burial of Bill and his wife Kay’s cremated remains will be held at a later date.

    EAST DUBUQUE–Ronald Duster, 73, East Dubuque, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, Feb. 12, 2018, at home, with his family by his side.

    Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 17, 2018 at St. Raphael’s Cathedral in Dubuque, Iowa, with Fr. Alan Dietzenbach officiating. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 16 and 9-9:45 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 17 at the Miller Funeral Home, East Dubuque.

    In lieu of flowers, a Ronald E. Duster memorial fund has been established.
